					<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;Technically it doesn&#039;t matter if you top up the meter or not, the posted time limit is the maximum allowable time in that area, not just in the parking space. But as pointed out above, with no vehicle to attach a ticket to, there&#039;s not an awful lot anyone could do.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now, if we can only get the MCG to stop using an actual public park for private function parking...&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
